Software built to carry load.
Kuora designs, builds and runs full-cycle software for companies that expect to grow. We start from the data model and work up, so what we ship still holds when traffic, data and your team multiply.
What we do.
We design, build and run whole systems, from the database to the screen. One team owns every layer, so nothing is lost between them.

Ways to work with us.
Pick the one closest to where you are. Each starts with a written proposal for the first phase, so scope and cost are agreed before any work.
Build a new product
You have an idea or a spec and need the whole system built, from the data model to the interface.
- Discovery and a written brief
- Architecture decisions written down before code
- Weekly releases you can try
- Load-tested launch with a rehearsed rollback
Typical length3 to 9 months
Get a quoteScale an existing system
Your product works, but it is starting to strain under more users, more data or more engineers.
- Measurement against production-sized data
- Fixes ordered by the load they carry
- Latency budgets enforced in CI
- A roadmap for the next order of magnitude
Typical length4 to 12 weeks
Get a quoteRun and support
Your system is live and you want it kept fast, observed and on call while you grow.
- Monitoring, alerting and on-call
- Performance work as traffic grows
- Regular reviews of cost and capacity
- A documented handover whenever you want one
Typical lengthOngoing

Four pillars under every system.
Four things every system we ship has to get right. Each carries part of the load, and none of them is optional.
Architecture
Decide the shape before writing the code.
Performance
Fast is a requirement, not a phase.
Interface
A system is judged by the parts people touch.
Scale
Build for ten times the load. Plan for a hundred.

How a project runs.
One team from the first conversation to production, and after it.
1
Discover
What has to hold?
We map the domain, the expected load and the constraints with your team.
2
Design
What shape should it take?
Data model, service boundaries and failure modes, reviewed before we build.
3
Build
Does it work under load?
Weekly releases to a production-like environment, with budgets checked in CI.
4
Launch
Can we ship it safely?
Load-tested and observable, with a rollback plan we have already rehearsed.
5
Operate
What happens at ten times the traffic?
We run what we build: on-call, tuning and planning for the next order of magnitude.
Common questions.
What does full-cycle development mean?
One team takes a system from the first conversation to production and keeps running it afterwards. The engineers who design the schema also build the interface and carry the on-call rotation, so nothing is lost in hand-offs.
What stack do you build with?
Our default is TypeScript end to end: Next.js and React for interfaces, Node.js for services, Prisma for data access and PostgreSQL as the foundation. We add queues, caches and infrastructure per project, based on the load the system has to carry.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what the system has to carry. Once we understand the project, we send a written proposal for the first phase with its scope, team and cost, so you know the price before any work starts.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. Many projects start with a system that already exists and is starting to strain. We begin by measuring it with realistic data, then fix the parts that carry the most load first.
How big is a typical team?
Small and senior, sized to the system rather than to a staffing plan. The people you meet at the start are the people who build it.
What happens after launch?
We can keep running the system for you, with monitoring, on-call and performance work, or hand it over to your team with documentation and the decision records that explain why it is built the way it is.
How do we start?
Send us an inquiry with what you are building and where it strains. We reply with questions, then a short written proposal for the first phase.
Have a system that needs to carry more?
Tell us what you are building and where it strains. We will reply with how we would approach it.
